Reservations:

To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy:

We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time.

We understand that things “come up.” Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are reschedule or canceled less than 24 hours or 48 hours on spa packages. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate.

Please note that Blush Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Each Package is priced to be completed in one visit.

Series Of Treatments Return Policy:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatment that was purchased. We will exchange them for other services products or spa credit of equal value.

Check In:

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client a profile will be completed prior to your service.

Late Arrivals:

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.

* One hour session, which consists of a 50-minute service, time for consultation and dressing.
* 30 minute session, which consists of a 25-minute service, time for consultation and dressing.
